Please allow 2-3 business days of processing time for your order before it’s on the way to you.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number for your shipment. Package shipping & delivery can take up to 5-7 business days to arrive depending on your location.
To ensure that your package ships out as soon as possible, your order is processed the moment it comes in. We are unable to make changes to orders once it’s placed in our system.Please make sure that all selections are final before placing your order (i.e. shipping address, item color/sizes, promocodes, etc.)
RETURNS

When your return package reaches us, it typically takes 1-2 business days to inspect and process your refund. It could take an additional 5-7 business days for your refund to show up on your original form of payment.
Unfortunately, Liliana is unable to offer exchanges at this time. We recommend that you return your current item(s) and repurchase the item(s) in your preferred size or color. Please refer to the return process above.
