Once your package leaves our warehouse, you will be provided a tracking number to track your shipment.
NOTE: Please make sure that your shipping address is entered correctly to ensure that your package is accurately delivered to your destination.
Returns/Refunds
We offer returns within 30 days after purchase.

Returns must be brought to our attention & sent back within 30 days

Item(s) must remain in original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered) with the tags attached

A separate packaging box must be used to ship shoes with the original shoe box inside

Customers are to responsible for all postage costs of shipping the package back to our warehouse

Once your package reaches back to us, it will typically take 1-2 days to inspect and process your refund

Your refund will be issued back to original form of payment at checkout, and may take up to 5-7 days to appear on your statement
NOTE:All shipping fees are non-refundable. We reserve the right to decline your return or assess a 15% re-stocking fee if these terms are not followed.
